STEP 1
Initial Consultation
Once we have obtained a clear understanding of client circumstances, a case file is submitted to our fraud department for review.
STEP 2
Case Assessment
We conduct a light investigation to establish the nature and complexity of crime. This determines the resources required to conclude the investigation whilst assessing costs and the probability of success.
STEP 3
Appraisal
The results of our pre-investigation assessment are discussed with clients, together with our proposed strategy to recover funds.
STEP 4
Proposal & Agreement
Clients receive a formal written proposal to confirm (1) our understanding of the crime committed, (2) our recovery strategy, and (3) agreed costs. Upon client approval, contracts are signed.
STEP 5
Evidence
We follow a structured process to gather evidence from clients.
STEP 6
Investigation
We initiate the investigation phase. All cases remain open until satisfactorily resolved whilst keeping clients informed with regular progress reports.
STEP 7
Resources
We work with jurisdictional law enforcement agencies and strategic partners to gather further evidence to strengthen cases. We leave no stone unturned.
STEP 8
Recovery
The recovery of all client funds is handled by our legal department (IYE Legal) which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) with the assistance of jurisdictional law enforcement agencies and/or financial regulators, if necessary.
STEP 9
Support
We fully understand the impact fraud can have on personal circumstances. We place significant emphasis upon supporting clients throughout the investigation process.
